Using the Graphic Picker

The Graphic Picker allows you to choose a graphic to use for your 'Box Body Graphic URL' field or for your 'Contents Area Background Graphic URL' field. The links to call the Graphic Picker are located on the main application page right after the field names mentioned in the previous sentence. Clicking on the Graphic Picker link after one of the fields will load the Graphic Picker page for that field.

The Graphic Picker page consists of a number of graphics that you can select and the WYSIWYG box. When you mouse over one of the graphics, the WYSIWYG box will change to show how the box would look if you selected that graphic for that feature ('Box Body Graphic URL' or 'Contents Area Background Graphic URL'). When you move the mouse off of the graphic so that it is no longer over one of the graphics, the WYSIWYG display will revert back to it's initial display when you entered this page.

b   By looking directly at the WYSIWYG display while you move the mouse on and off of a graphic with the corner of your eye, you can get an 'instant' comparison of how your Curved Corner Box would look with the new graphic as compared to the old!   b

The Graphic Picker contains a 'Sampler' page and subcatagory pages that show all the graphics for that subcatagory. To select a new graphic, simply click on it and you will be returned to the main application page with the graphic selected entered into the appropriate field. Your other option on the Graphic Picker is to select 'Cancel Picker' and be returned to the main application page with no change in the graphic used.

Instead of using my Graphic Picker and using one of my graphics for your 'Box Body Graphic URL' field or for your 'Contents Area Background Graphic URL' field, you can also use free graphics you get from other web sites for those fields or you can create and upload your own graphics to use for those fields. Refer to the section of this manual titled 'Using Your Own Graphics'.
